The Ronin by William Dale Jennings is an amazing novel based on a Zen myth. The story as a whole is told out of sequence and from many different perspectives. Our books are a comic book adaptation of this novel.

In Issue Two, we meet a character known as The Old Swordmaster who is a key figure in The Ronin #2 and throughout the rest of the story. He is a retired samurai turned instructor, but he hasn't had a student in years.

We also meet "The Three". These are three young boys who want nothing more in life than to become samurai. They frequently petition the Old Swordmaster to train them.
After a lifetime of military service and battle, The Old Master wants nothing to do with “the sword” and he initially declines their requests. However, soon something changes his mind and their samurai training begins.

Throughout the pages of this issue, we see the three young samurai's growth, development, and training as they pursue their ultimate goal. These characters are on a collision course with The Ronin, and in book three, we will see how they are all connected. It’s thrilling, and you’re gonna love it!
